Summer Skiing, June 21, 2008
On the first day of summer (the solstice was June 20th), we happened to be in the San Juans for a wedding, so we brought along our skis. We woke up early (4:30 am!) to meet Mike and Debbie, and the four of us headed up to Yankee Boy Basin outside of Ouray. We finished skiing before 11:00 am and climbed for a few hours before the wedding.
