Red Mountain Pass Hut Trip, March 22-25, 2008
Aaron and I joined Noah, Elliott, Dick, Robinson, Jason, and Haj at the Artist's Cabin on Red Mountain Pass for some springtime skiing. The snow was just OK, but we found really enjoyable lines and had a lot of fun. Also, check out Haj's awesome pictures.
Artist's Cabin.
The day before the trip began, Aaron sliced his hand on corrugated sheet metal roofing and had to get stitches. Wary of breaking open his stitches, Aaron skied one-poled the whole time. Here he is in the cabin showing off his injury.
I didn't take any pictures the first day during skiing, so here's Elliott and Aaron afterwards, chilling on the porch.

The next day, we headed up to the top of the pass and skied in the Commodore Gulch area (I think we actually skied one gulch south of Commodore...but my sense of geography isn't so great).
