New Mexico, August 13-20, 2001

After climbing in Colorado, I met up with my friend James and we did some hiking in Colorado and New Mexico. We "backpacked" Mt. Elbert, which is a very short hike but we needed somewhere to camp anyway, so we camped along the way. James brought a cantaloupe. Then we headed south to New Mexico and hiked Mt. Wheeler.
